Pole-mounted vacuum circuit breakers let an overhead network be sectionalised so a fault takes out one section instead of the whole feeder. Housed in a stainless enclosure with integral current sensors and a relay control box at working height, they can be supplied with auto-reclose logic and a communication module for remote operation from the control centre.
